You retain ownership of the content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant AB IELTS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, reproduce, and use that content solely for operating, improving, securing, and providing our educational services.

When you use AI-powered features, your submitted content may be processed by AI systems to generate feedback, scores, explanations, or recommendations.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that it does not violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

You agree to use AB IELTS only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.

You may use the platform to prepare for English language examinations, access learning resources, complete practice tests, and monitor your learning progress.

You agree to use the platform in a manner that respects the rights of other users and does not interfere with the operation or security of our services.

When using AB IELTS, you must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or systems.
• Share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account.
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or security measures.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access the platform without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the platform.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate other users.
• Submit unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or misleading content.
• Interfere with the normal operation, performance, or security of the platform.

Certain features and services offered by AB IELTS require a paid subscription.

Available subscription plans, pricing, billing periods, and included features are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. AB IELTS does not store your complete payment card information.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription through the account or billing management options provided on AB IELTS. Cancellation will generally prevent future renewals but will not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable after a billing period has begun.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced another payment-related issue, please contact us with the relevant transaction details so that we can review the matter.

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where permitted by applicable law, we may provide refunds, credits, or other remedies at our discretion.

We may change subscription prices or introduce new fees from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice of material price changes before they take effect.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or cannot be completed, we may suspend or restrict access to paid features until the outstanding payment is successfully processed.

The AB IELTS platform, including its software, original designs, graphics, user interface, branding, logos, and other materials created by us, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Some content and educational materials available through the platform may be owned by third parties. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners, and AB IELTS does not claim ownership of third-party content unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights belonging to AB IELTS or any third party to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable restrictions relating to third-party content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content unless you have the necessary rights or permission to do so.

AB IELTS may provide access to or display educational materials, practice materials, texts, images, audio, video, questions, trademarks, or other content owned by third parties.

AB IELTS does not claim ownership of third-party content. All rights in such content remain with the respective copyright holders or other rights holders.

The availability of third-party content on AB IELTS does not necessarily mean that AB IELTS is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the owner of that content, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where applicable, we use or provide third-party content based on permission, licensing, authorization, or another lawful basis. If you believe that content available on AB IELTS infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact us with information identifying the material and the basis of your claim.

We may remove, restrict, replace, or disable access to content if we receive an intellectual property complaint or determine that the content may not be properly authorized.

AB IELTS provides educational practice materials intended to help users prepare for English language examinations.

AB IELTS is an independent educational service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with IELTS, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the British Council, IDP Education, or any other examination provider or examination organization.

Practice questions, estimated scores, predicted band scores, AI-generated feedback, explanations, and recommendations are provided solely for educational purposes.

Results obtained on AB IELTS are not official examination results and should not be interpreted as official scores or guarantees of future examination performance.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to AB IELTS.

However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security improvements, or technical reasons without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove any feature or service at any time.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using AB IELTS, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

If there is any conflict between these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information, the Privacy Policy will govern those matters.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or engaged in conduct that may harm the platform, its users, or our services.

Examples include fraudulent activity, abusive or disruptive behavior, unauthorized access attempts, misuse of subscriptions or platform features, copyright or other intellectual property infringement, or any activity that threatens the security, functionality, or integrity of AB IELTS.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may notify you before taking action. However, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account without prior notice when necessary to protect the platform, its users, our services, or to comply with legal or security requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AB IELTS and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, service interruptions, loss of profits, loss of opportunities, examination outcomes, or losses arising from reliance on educational content, practice materials, AI-generated feedback, estimated scores, predicted band scores, explanations, or recommendations provided through the platform.

AB IELTS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of educational content, AI-generated feedback, estimated scores, predicted band scores, or recommendations, and such information should not be treated as a substitute for official examination assessment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AB IELTS, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use.
• Your misuse of the platform.
• Your infringement of another person's rights.
• Any content you submit through the platform.
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.

You may stop using AB IELTS and request deletion of your account at any time, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory requirements regarding the retention of certain information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created legal, security, or operational risks, or if continued operation of your account or access to the platform is no longer reasonably feasible.

Termination or suspension of your account does not affect any rights, obligations, or liabilities that arose before the termination or suspension.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, privacy, applicable law, disputes, and other continuing obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AB IELTS and its services, except to the extent that mandatory laws in your country or region provide otherwise.

If a dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions with us.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith discussions, it may be brought before a court or other competent authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or waives any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be limited or waived under the laws applicable to you.

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, guidelines, or terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and AB IELTS regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
